The Company is led by Sanjay Hegde, a real estate investment specialist with a keen understanding of the needs and goals of the dentists, doctors and other medical professionals who are the Company’s main clientele.
His background in sales and marketing enabled Sanjay to help propel a friend’s dental practice to greater success while providing him an in-depth knowledge of the financial challenges and issues faced by busy medical professionals aiming to grow their retirement portfolios more efficiently. Sanjay realized that passively investing in real estate could provide a powerful solution to their problem, prompting the creation of Blue Ring Investors LLC to educate them and help them make smart investments to meet their ultimate long-term financial needs.
At Blue Ring Investors LLC, we team with seasoned investors to buy investment-grade commercial real estate and we seek relationships with sophisticated investors who wish to join our investment groups.

About Dr. Jeannette Birnbach
Dr. Jeannette Birnbach has been running a successful practice for the last 24 years in the Pacific Northwest. She realized about half way through that time that scaling her business would require opening multiple offices or developing a passive stream of income. She had always been intrigued by the idea of real estate and began her journey by renovating and flipping a house and then purchasing single family homes in multiple markets. Her phone became a tool for listening to real estate podcasts every free moment.
Realizing the potential of multi-family, she purchased three small multifamily properties on her own, which led to discovering the power of passive syndication for larger properties. She never doubted the power of real estate to generate passive income, but she was aware that working full-time created limits to finding, purchasing and managing properties on her own.
Syndication removed all obstacles to generating income due to its infinite scalability and almost zero time commitment after investing in a great deal. It allowed her to keep working in her clinic, while generating a six-figure passive income and amassing a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio which increases in value every month.
Now working as a general partner, she is able to guide other health care practitioners who face the same challenges she did to learn about and profit from passive real estate investing.

Arthur has been in financial services and project management for over 10 years. He has a track record of providing value to financial institutions by increasing revenue through creative and strategic relationship-building strategies.
Arthur’s experience working as a mortgage professional, title clearance specialist and notary signing agent gives him a unique advantage as a strategic operations partner. He is able to quickly access the profitability of investment deals as well as mitigate risk for both lenders and investors.
