Our Story
Blue Ring Investors LLC is a North Carolina-based Limited Liability Company formed to pool investors’ funds to purchase high-performing multifamily, senior and student housing properties in U.S. emerging markets.
The Company is led by Sanjay Hegde, a real estate investment specialist with a keen understanding of the needs and goals of the dentists, doctors and other medical professionals who are the Company’s main clientele.
His background in sales and marketing enabled Sanjay to help propel a friend’s dental practice to greater success while providing him an in-depth knowledge of the financial challenges and issues faced by busy medical professionals aiming to grow their retirement portfolios more efficiently. Sanjay realized that passively investing in real estate could provide a powerful solution to their problem, prompting the creation of Blue Ring Investors LLC to educate them and help them make smart investments to meet their ultimate long-term financial needs.
At Blue Ring Investors LLC, we team with seasoned investors to buy investment-grade commercial real estate and we seek relationships with sophisticated investors who wish to join our investment groups.
We find the properties. We vet the deals and manage the assets. You make the investment and sit back and collect the income and appreciation that comes from investing in investment-grade commercial real estate.
Sanjay Hegde
Sanjay Hegde is Founder and President of Blue Ring Investors LLC and brings to the company more than 15 years’ experience establishing customer relationships and managing multimillion-dollar corporate accounts for companies in the U.S. and abroad.
Sanjay is on a mission to build safe communities for people to live in, give those who cannot afford to buy their own homes a safe and decent place to raise their family while giving the opportunity to our hard-working medical professionals and other busy professions who do not have the time and resources to find the right opportunities, vet the opportunities and manage their investment in commercial grade investment properties. Sanjay is a full-time investor and coach, and seeks to help investors achieve financial freedom in a few short years through smart real estate investing. Blue Ring controls over $62M in performing multifamily assets in the Carolinas, Georgia and Texas.
Sanjay lives in North Carolina with his wife and daughter, having recently seen a son off to college. Sanjay knows from personal and professional experience that anyone can achieve anything, and it starts with education. He offers a book on the Blue Ring website for free that explains all the key points about Passive Multifamily Investing so that your journey can begin.
Dr. Jeannette Birnbach
Dr. Jeannette Birnbach has been running a successful practice for the last 24 years in the Pacific Northwest. She realized about half way through that time that scaling her business would require opening multiple offices or developing a passive stream of income. She had always been intrigued by the idea of real estate and began her journey by renovating and flipping a house and then purchasing single family homes in multiple markets. Her phone became a tool for listening to real estate podcasts every free moment.
Realizing the potential of multi-family, she purchased three small multifamily properties on her own, which led to discovering the power of passive syndication for larger properties. She never doubted the power of real estate to generate passive income, but she was aware that working full-time created limits to finding, purchasing and managing properties on her own.
Syndication removed all obstacles to generating income due to its infinite scalability and almost zero time commitment after investing in a great deal. It allowed her to keep working in her clinic, while generating a six-figure passive income and amassing a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio which increases in value every month.
Now working as a general partner, she is able to guide other health care practitioners who face the same challenges she did to learn about and profit from passive real estate investing.
Katherine Ruiz
Katherine Ruiz is the Owner & Broker of Nova Real Estate Group (Tampa, FL).
She started her Real Estate career Designing and Flipping Houses. After years of Flipping Homes, she opened her Construction Company, where she was able to gain the experience in Construction and Management. She now runs her Real Estate Investment Firm while also working with her team of agents on assisting her clients in Residential and Commercial properties. Her specialty in the Multifamily industry includes Acquisitions and Asset Management.
